This is the worst KFC I have ever been. I have experienced the worst as customer and delivery driver. They have never the orders... (specially biskets/ 20 min wait) on time when it is supposed to be fast food and also the managers (Jazmin) don't care about thecustomer service. Had last minute Repast and ordered after 9pm on Friday. Needed at least 50 pieces 3/16 piece and one 8 piece. Came back... Saturday 11am and all was bagged including condiments. Best $200. Spent to feed 25 mouths and not a pot to clean. Did not haveto ask staff to assist me to car. I was so proud LIVING IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD ???? Read more
My review to this place is 1 star and that's because of the tasty food. Let me tell you the service is FREAKING HORRIBLE!!!!! I... will never return here. I went one night it was 8:40 and they told me they only have original legs I then asked what time dothey closed and they said 9:30 clearly it's almost an hour and I asked what was the reason why they cant cook more chicken shesaid she closes her kitchen at 8pm.. :/ Like really you are willing to lose business because you are LAZY. Order the four piece two sides Chicken box. . like iced tea always check your order r it took four employees to get my order... right that place is confusing I only go there probably because El Pollo loco is just too crowded it's right next door I shouldjust bite the bullet and go over there and wait in line but it's not the same chicken.. the manager needs to train theemployees a little bit longer about the menus .
