Went and had lunch today the staff is very rude. My chicken was burnt and hard it was also cold, my husband went and told the... MANAGER about this and she did absolutely nothing about it. (Not knowing at the time she was the manger) Luckily as we wereleaving he mentioned this to another worker and she kindly made it right and got us fresh food. Sylacauga Zaxbys. The staff were very friendly but unfortunately the food was sub par. 4 orders of fries and none of them had... even a dash of salt on them. The tenders were a bit dry and a little hard. Usually have great food. Was pretty disappointed. Read more

The young lady running the drive thru had THE WORST ATTITUDE I?ve Ever encountered. Her name is Rayison. Honey, everyone has bad... days, but if you worked for me with that attitude.. you would be looking for another job. Very disrespectful!!
