Pulled up at the drive through, they asked me to hold. I sat there for 15 minutes before I decided I didn't even want to eat the... food. I reversed to get them to come back over the intercom and they asked me to hold again. I'm making this review as I sit inthe drive through and will update how long it took plus the quality of food. Went to two different locations recently and had a horrible dine in and drive through experience. I love their food but their... employees could care less about taking your order or getting your order to you in a timely manner. Kind of spoils the mood whenthey ask you to pull over at the drive through and they finally bring you your food twenty minutes later. Read more
Spend your money somewhere else. I came in around 8pm and only a couple other people were there, but it was still slow. They... were out of everything I wanted so I had to order tenders. But the tenders were all almost as small as nuggets. Super dry,burnt, and had almost no chicken. Only breading. The fries were cold as well. Ended up getting food poisoning! Just a month ago, I rated this five stars. This restaurant is definitely becoming hit or miss. Cleanliness is no longer a... priority and there are ALWAYS too many people in the kitchen and NONE cleaning the lobby and tables. They obviously need newmanagers that care. GET IT TOGETHER POPEYES!
