I walked in with a mobile order and clearly the manager was having a bad day because it truly seemed like my happiness set her... off. Don?t go in here with a smile or you will get met with an absolutely nasty attitude. The lady in the red shirt needs a newjob because she clearly don?t know how to act. Not to mention the burritos were hard on both ends?? How does that even happen?Extremely disappointed. I feel so bad for those hard workers who work under that rude manager. Read more
Horrible experience-this location moves drives through fast and makes dine in and takeout wait for an extreme amount of time.... Took me over 45 minutes from time I came in to when I received order. 20 minutes was waiting to get order/ babies where hungryhad to wait on food from here. Never again will o come here! Read more
I've been to McD's in almost every state and even out of country. This is by far the worst I've ever experienced. 9/10 times... they mess up my order. Too lazy to ever have shakes and the staff is as rude as they can be. This particular location brings abad name to the whole of McDonald's. Read more
Service was slow. The staff tonight didn't seem to care that people were waiting 20 minutes in line. I don't know if they were... waiting for food to cook or what.... No polite apology for the long wait or explanation. People were leaving without evenplacing an order because when they got to the speaker no one said a word. So people would just leave. 5/30/2022. This is my second bad review of this McDonalds. Pre-order and paid for as we pull into the parking lot. Sit in... curbside pickup for15 minutes. Finally go inside and one person is FaceTiming on her phone the gets a drink and walks outside.Six others walking around. I asked about my order manager said she had some get sick. Sorry it was taken so long. Finally get myorder and leave. 20 minutes for a plain cheeseburger fry and a drink that was ordered and paid for before we got here.Ridiculous. 3/30/2021. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! So extremely rude. 1st they got my order wrong a missing sandwich and missing hot sauce. So my dad went... back to tell them what had happened and gave them the receipt. So we were waiting in our car for over 20 minutes. My dad wentback and was like where?s my order? The lady said it?s right here sitting ON THE LEDGE! After a late night event in town we stopped in for a quick bit to eat. This is one of the nicest well laid out McDonalds I have... seen in quite a while. The facility was clean and nicely furnished. It seemed like they may have been short staffed, but theserver there picked up the slack and operated efficiently in the situation. They were both polite and accommodating to ourneeds. I would recommend this location to anyone when in the area. Read more
Got my kid a happy meal the burger was so old it was hard and cold took it back. They asked me for the food back which was... shocking to me because no food can come back across the counter after first being in the hands of a customer for heath reasons.Its a McDonalds policy also which is why I am also so shocked. Got a "new" burger and it was no different. Having worked at aMcDonald's in the past I'm shocked and disappointed in this store. While at the counter I noticed the manager yes the managermaking the sandwich I'm complaining about. If the manager does not care why should the employees? Now on to even more bad. Therewas ketchup, grease, napkins, food all over the floor. People were complaining because the floor was so slick from the greaseand ketchup that they were slipping and almost falling. After making the staff aware of the issues in the lobby they placed wetfloor signs down and made no effort to actually clean up the mess. We stayed so my kid could play in the play place and after 21/2 hours of them playing and having fun I went to go order a drink. Same wet floor signs over the same areas and ketchup andgrease still all over. Lastly the line was about 3 or 4 people and it took forever for us to place our orders and even longerfor us to get our food. All of us customers were talking amongst ourselves and just looking at each other shrugging and shakingour heads in the disbelief of how long it was taking. The reason for the delay... Something on fire? Ran out of food? No just ontheir phones playing laughing while the window person twerked to the music of a person in drive through. Yea not a good place Ido not recommend. Read more
