Drive thru workers need to be more enthusiastic about how they treat customers... Who wants to hear, "KFC" and that's it????.... Sounded like she was very aggravated and sick of her job. Got to the window, her energy made you question going back. Lookingsuspect, praying they're not doing anything to your food in the back. I must say, it was weird, food was hot and good though.They need to stress the importance of the whole customer experience with their employees. Read more

Ordered $20 fill up and every piece of chicken was dry as sand and tough as nails, the biscuits tasted a day old, and my cold... slaw was warm. I think this whole order was from a previous order that was sitting out. The only reason I rated 2 stars wasbecause they replaced my order. Read more
