I know since covid it's hard to find good help especially in the food industry but I sat in the drive through for 45 min got out... of line walked in and the craziness on the inside was just as bad the girl behind the counter was trying her best but was notgetting anywhere fast ......at a certain point u need the magners and store owners who were nowhere in site to ether show up andhelp or close it's not fair the the workers or the customers...an absolute let down Read more

Place is a disaster and needs to be closed. Wait 25 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken and fries at the drive through. I left after... having paid. I couldn't wait any longer. 02/18/22 Food was good. Real good. Breast so juicy you need a bib. Taters and gravy and biscuits sufficient. Much, much... better! (Previous review): Breast so dry you could strike a match on it. (I'm all for not wasting food, but once it's WELL PASTits prime you need to toss it or offer as freebie). Biscuits have gotten awful small over the years. I had taste for a steak sandwich but the place with the delicious riblets and steak sandwich were closed :/ so my husband and I... decided to go to KFC in Dekalb. The food wasn?t salty it was actually decent with the exception of the thigh not cleaned UGH(please train the cook to clean the fat off the chicken). The cashier forgot my wedges and cookie with the $5 box but he wasnice about it (apologizing).. Overall, this particular experience was great with the exception of a few minor jokes aboutforgetting my food. I believe my husband and I will return in time. Waited in drive thru for 35 minutes (and there were only about six cars between me and the window when I got there). When I... finally got to the window and gave the guy my card, he tells me it's going to be another 15 minute wait???? I asked for my cardback and left at that point. No fast food chicken is worth a 50 minute wait for a four piece meal. This is not the first timeI've experienced issues with this place. It seems half the time I try to get food here it's a new adventure in mismanagement. Iknow some would say "COVID", but this is the only place around here I've had a problem with.
