This was supposed to be a)hot when it arrived b)no banana peppers c) add jalapeños d) extra pizza sauce e) extra icing. None of... the above is what I ordered, paid for, and tipped the driver for. This is a continuous issue and it?s not being addressed. Ihave called for 30 minutes with no answer at all to complain and have this issue resolved. This is the ABSOLUTELY worst pizza restaurant the crew is terrible and need customer service training and management there is... just a horrible as their crew. NEVER NEVER NEVER eat here orders are bad and they just turn off ovens whenever they want eventhough they should be open. Have ordered delivery from here before when working at the Braddock office as I am not able to leave my desk for lunch. I waited... over an hour, no phone calls, no email. They cancelled without contacting me. Still charged my account. Refuse to answer thephone now in regard to getting the charges reversed. Treat your employees better so they want to be there and don't leave uswithout food options or contact. Read more
We ordered a pizza from here tonight. It took an hour for it to go out for delivery, then it was out for delivery for another... hour until we called and cancelled. 2 hours and the pizza wasn't delivered yet, never ordering from here again. Read more
Best pizza in the area surprised to see such low review score. Drivers are friendly and timely. Love the deals they have online.... Only complaint would be that I live approximately 1/4 mile away and have to pay $3 for delivery. Maybe you guys could adjustthat. I would order more often if didn't have to pay that. Read more
This place is trash I got this ?steak hoagie? with cheese and mayo. There is nothing on the sandwich at all mayo and a little... bit of meat. It was terrible and over cooked, it took forever to get my food and this is what they gave me! I called to get arefund or something they offered me a $5 credit.
