This is our go to coffee shop. But when I asked for a couple of boxes, mid size, they said they didn't have any. That sort of... irrated me as I knew they did. Thus they only get a 4. I went across to the Tim's on the north service road and they helped meout! Maybe I'll have to buy more coffee over there. Read more
Coffee, sandwich, Tim bits and washroom break then back on the HWY. Friendly staff and quick getting our order out. Washrooms... needed some TLC. Not aure what is up with the parking lot... Tire pits... I'm sure there is a story there. Read more
I went to Tim?s on the north side of the highway and asked for a Bagel? with extra cream cheese. The lady put less then a normal... person would on a regular one. So I asked if I could have a little cup of cream cheese for on the side. And she yelled at me.?This is how we do this here? ?it looks extra to me? as I stood there shocked. My husband ended up having to go up because shewas yelling at me in front of the entire store and let her know that no. I am right. That?s not extra and if she thinks so thatbadly we can speak to a manager and get them to decide. She ripped it outta my hands and made me a new one then yelled ?is thatenough???? Employees are incapable of putting a lid on a cup of coffee properly. They overfill the cups so that everytime you get a coffee... you also burn your hand. It is embarrassing how terrible they are at this very simple task. Read more
Perhaps it's a staffing issue but after traveling across Saskatchewan, Alberta and BC this summer I have yet to come across a... clean and well stocked Tim Hortons. This one was typical of our experiences this summer, dirty tables and garbage cans bothindoors and out over filled with trash. Meanwhile inside there were very few donuts available. Then topping it all off as Iwas drinking my coffee a staff member yelled out for all of us to hear, "I hate people!". Read more
Bathroom is filthy. No toilet paper holder, the toilet paper is just hanging on the coat hook behind the door. Front was ok.... This review is mainly about the bathroom. With this pandemic, they need to maintain the cleanliness of the bathroom too. Nosanitizer, used paper towels on the floor and bathroom was stinky. This is just an honest opinion based on our visit. We went to the drive through for coffee and a donut. It was really quick, and also very rude. The lady working the drive... through was so distracted by something behind she barely said a word to us. She handed us our stuff and walked away from thewindow. The coffee was really weak. I typically like Tim?s and this was terrible. Not impressed at all. Read more
