Food is always decent but don?t even attempt to order online or on the app. Faster to just come in and order it and wait 15... minutes. Ordered twice on the app. First time I ordered, drove 30 minutes, and still had to wait another 25 minutes because they?just dropped the chicken.? This time I ordered on the app, came in 15 minutes later, and they didn?t even realized I ordered.Here I am 20 minutes later still waiting for my order. So. Out of gravy. No biggie. Very dirty. Maybe they were busy. But the worst was the soda fountain was out of carbonation. All... soda was flat. And they knowingly sold it to us and other customers. When I went back to the counter with flat soda. The girlsaid you can go get some next door. Um. I paid for a soda along with my food. Then get told to go buy another next door at thetruck stop. As I ate, I watched as other customers were sold flat soda..over and over. Rude. Never a word that the soda fountainwas out to any customer. Location was out of rice and gravy. Staff got our order placed and ready quick but watched other customers have to wait for a... cashier/their food for over 10 minutes. They had Cajun Rice on the monitors exclaiming that Cajon Rice was back! But the gal said that it was a promotion from a month... ago ? I was very excited about the rice and was pointing out the monitors indicating availability but was given a shrug of theshoulders so I settled for Mac and Cheese and wanted no biscuit (it was cool that they offered an extra tender instead)?. Store needs to turn off their display specials if they aren?t going to get them updated or honor them. It?s showing $11.99 5 pcs... chicken two sides and biscuits but when asked said their order screen doesn?t have it so they can?t do it. Other have pointedout months ago the dirty rice being on the screen and it?s still showing today. Idk if the rice is back but if that?s the samescreen that means it?s at least 3-4 months outdated. Which is beyond acceptable for a menu to be that outdated and not turnedoff. It might as well just be labeled as broken at this point. Read more
