Day shift manager , heavy set, long hair pulled up with clip, dressed in black, forgot her name was very RUDE. She turned away... customers that wouldn?t use the kiosk machine and also a gentleman that didn?t know how to use the kiosk. He had to leave withno service and no food. We were blessed to have a young lady that took our order and cash at register. My goodness people,thank the Lord that I was raised to respect and show people with kindness. Read more
The cashier was weird was talking to my kid about the toys in the display for the happy meals which was fine, but then we went... to the bathroom before ordering and she came in there as if she was seeing where we went. Plus the food was cold enough not tomelt the cheese on the burgers Read more
Well I got the salt with fries.. so must have missed a fresh batch.. then got a free show with my dinner.. some drama started... in the back between to workers. Few nice words louder than a " inside voice " should be. I started chanting "Jerry...Jerry.."but he never came out and they settled down. Read more
Food was good, but don't go late at night after a TN football game. Drive-thru only had one lane open and was ridiculously long.... Went in and after waiting in line, employee said we had to use kiosk to order. Read more
This is the worst McDonald's i have ever been too... they need to take lessons from Decatur or Lenoir City. We told our cashier... the fries were cold and they were barely filled to the halfway make, there were 0 fries in the bottom of the bag.??????? wehanded the cashier the bag back and she handed it back to us with the same nasty fries just barely any money put in it. We triedthem and once again we had to send them back. If you're going to pay over $3 for a large fry, it should at least be full andfresh...This lady proceeded to tell me she didnt have anymore . Worse Mc Donald's ever. After waiting over 45 mins to get my food my order came out all wrong. Burger we're not to order and... buns were rock hard. The chicken nuggets and fries were sitting forever in the warmer Fry's were cold and soggy and nuggets wererock hard. And worse part of experience is when I went to get my money back there were cockroaches crawling on the counter. Save yourself the hassle don't waste your time or money here Read more
IF Minus 5 stars were available that would be given..NEVER AGAIN! I give up. I will never spend one cent at a McDonald's. Today ... I Ordered 2 McRibs and was told OUT OF McRibs BOXES. Before leaving drive thru window i opened the squared shape boxes to find1/2 McRib patty on each sandwich and served on round dry stale buns with very little sauce. Never told any of this, guess theyhoped I be miles down road before I could figure out I was given 1 McRib piece of meat cut in half and placed on 2 Quarterpounder buns, 1/2 teaspoon of BBQ sauce all in a square d quarter pounder box. I have had ENOUGH! I have not received a correctorder or eatable item in over 6 months. It's so salty u can't eat it, or it's hard as rock, it's dry like plastic OR addingtodays account- meat patty cut in half and served as a whole piece of meat, but charged for 2 whole patties, wrong buns, wrongboxes are JUST SO NASTY U CANT EAT IT. Typical interstate fast food. Franchise owners only care about making money of the travelers, not paying for quality help. Check... your bag before leaving drive through. Read more
