I come to this Starbucks usually once a week because it?s the closest Starbucks in the area. I usually go on my way to work so I... have to factor in an ADDITIONAL 15 minutes due to their slow service. When I was in line today I was just questioning why I evenkeep going back here.. there was one girl making all of the drinks and then someone on the register. The line was really backedup and I waited over 25 minutes. But what got me was when there was no one else in line, the person on the register was juststanding there watching her make all the drinks and wasn?t helping at all!! If it?s that busy and backed up why aren?t all theemployees full hands in full hands out?? The drinks are always good here. This Starbucks? biggest issue is their lack ofstaffing which makes their customers very unhappy with the outrageous wait times. Read more

Extremely unhappy with my peppermint mocha. Expensive. Did not get my holiday cup. Server/cashier was rude. The coffee was... served without whipped cream; when I went back in to tell they had forgotten, it was then that I was told they were out ofwhipped cream. Stood at the register for a few minutes, waiting to be served. The cashier had her back to me, talking to a coworker, as if I... wasn't there. And yes, they knew I was there. The coworker made eye contact but then looked away and kept talking. I even lookedat the time to double check that they weren't closed. Nope, they were open until 6pm that day and it was only around 5. Again,very weird. Whatever. I left because clearly they didn't want to serve me. Read more
Inside the grocery store. No place to sit. No wifi to connect to. Staff is very friendly. Drinks are typical Starbucks drinks.... Good for what it is! Read more
