A gem! We absolutely love visiting Kenogami Kitchen when we are up. The food is delicious, the staff are so kind and, naturally,... the pies and butter tarts are out of this world amazing. Friends and family alike all say the same to me - a lot of hardworkand care goes into making this restaurant absolutely wonderful. Read more

After our disastrous visit to the Kenogami Bridge Restaurant, we stopped here in hopes of getting fed. This is a small diner... style restaurant, about 36 seats. It was decorated like my aunts house with knick knacks all around the place. The waitressgreeted us immediately and sat us down. There were others, including a group of 6, at the time in the restaurant. I decided tohave the Farmer's Sausage breakfast, my wife, a chicken wrap. We had drinks served first and quickly and in the frostiest mugever! Our meals arrived in a short time and we both just about fell off our chairs. The portions were enormous! My plate had 2eggs, 2 huge Farmer's Sausages, a pile of real home fries, a potato pancake and 2 slices of toast. No way was I finishing thismeal. My wife's wrap was also huge. We ate what we could and took home enough food for a second meal, each. We had noticed adisplay case on our way into the restaurant featuring yummy looking pies so we thought we would take a piece, each, home. Ichose the "apple-blueberry" and my wife, the "cherry" pie. They were quickly packaged for take out. Like the meal, these slicesof pie were huge! And so good! Now here is the kicker. For these great meals, including the pies, drinks, taxes and tip, thetotal bill for the two of us was about $35. We loved it and immediately let it be known that we shall return, for sure. If youare heading north, take the opportunity to stop at the Kitchen and have a great meal, for peanuts in cost. Read more

Home style breakfast, great food. Top of the line tree 'root' funriture for sale. Bring lots of cash as the furniture is... $3000-6000 but well worth it for 1 of a kind natural benches and chairs.. Read more

Possibly largest gap between the quality of the outdoor signage and the quality of the food I have ever seen. Doesn't look... like much outside, but the food is incredible. Giant slabs of peameal bacon, perfectly fried latkes,a and as others have noted:unbelievable butter tarts and cinnamon rolls. Super friendly staff. It gets busy on the weekend, so call your order in aheadif you are looking to pick up and go. Read more
