Took to long to get food they parked 4 cars in called for waiting on burgers and fries but my burger was good my fries were hard

I frequently visit McDonald?s so this day was no different. The eating are was a mess. I just wanted to pick it up myself. The... floor was sticky and just dirty. I didn?t bother using the restroom. All the ordering kiosks were off line. The cashier wasawesome super friendly and professional. They were out of the adult happy meal sadly but we quickly received our food as orderedand fresh. Thank you for that. I?m not sure if the kitchen helps with the duties in cleaning process or if it was just beingignored.
