First time here for most of us in the group. It was starting get busy when we arrived. We got drinks. I wanted the smoked old... fashion, darn it. The smoker was broken. We all tried something new out of our norm. Wife had the Ed Hartley pasta. Baby itpeppery "HOT". I like spicy and pepper, but it had me sweating. I had the Mountain Man burger with fries. It was good. Couple ofthe group got the Karlins chicken tenders. They had to ask for to-go boxes. Could eat it all. Server kept checking and keepingdrinks full. We had a 70th Anniversary celebration yesterday (8/6/2022) and we were lucky enough to have Shannon for our waitress. She was... attentive to all of our needs and made sure everyone had a fresh drink at all times! She interacted with each of us and madesure everyone was taken care of throughout the day. Just cannot say enough about Shannon she is definitely top notch!! And, weappreciated all her hard work! Our food was brought out at the time discussed. The club sandwiches and salad were reallygreat! All & all great location, great food and the most awesomeness waitress. Thank you again Shannon for making ourcelebration wonderful! Read more
Not super impressed when we first walked in. Very dimly lit and a little dated and despite a faint sewage odor (older... building/old pipes?) we decided to go ahead and give it a try. We had heard good things about the food. Our waitress Ariel wasextremely friendly and did a great job, very prompt and attentive. The food was just ok. I ordered a cod basket and my husbandordered the rib basket. The french fries were great! Hot and cooked perfect. The cod was mediocre and the bbq ribs werebizarre. Not even sure how to explain the flavor. Smoky peppery tomato sauce. Not bbq flavor at all. My husband said the meatwas cooked well but the sauce ruined it. It was all edible but there probably won?t be a take two. As far as cleanliness thisplace could have used a good wipe down of everything. One thing that grosses me out is dirty menus????. If you have any kind ofpaper menus/drink special sheets/appetizer special-laminate them for easy wipe down! Paper menus with food all over them isdisgusting not to mention unsanitary!!! Read more
Wife and I have been dining here since it opened. During COVID, we experienced spotty service and so-so food quality. Hadn't... been in awhile so we took a chance. Arrived at 5:45 pm on Saturday night.Pretty small crowd.Quickly seated. Drinks took forever.Ordered an app Spinach artichoke dip. Tortilla chips covered in salt.Inedible. Told the waiter, he shrugged us off. Waited 40minutes for our meal. Wife's pasta was cold, my patty melt was raw. Called the waiter and explained that I wasn't waiting 40minutes again, to send it back . Spoke to the manager, she was fiddling with the TV remote. Told her of my experience, she toldme the kitchen was heating up by burger. She seemed uninterested in resolution. I told her I wanted refunded on my sandwich, Iwas tired of the waiting and POOR service. Wife boxed her cold pasta up and we left. 90 minutes of torture and we left hungryand disappointed ????. Won't be back. We used to love this place. Hope they get it together. Sadly, it was our last time here. Read more

This place is a beautiful spot for delicious food and drinks. My server's name was John and he was absolutely stellar. Delicious... food: from high-end fish to KC Strip steaks, to burgers, fries and giant pizzas: this place has it all. They stay open fordrinks after the kitchen closes. Monday night has some amazing martini specials. Go for the food, beautiful atmosphere and stayfor the fun people and great bartenders who will make you the best drinks around. This place is great! I take my brother in law for lunch at least weekly, great food and they make THE best old fashioned, ask them to smoke it! They... are building up their bourbon selection and are very knowledgeable on the subject, don't forget the rib basket! Read more
I had lunch at Fletchers in Swansea today and it was a very pleasant experience. I was greeted warmly and the wait staff were... friendly. They made you feel like they wanted to be there to serve you. Food was excellent. Can?t ask for anything better. Kudos to you. Read more
