Clean facilities. Understaffed, but received full attention when my turn cane around. Service in these conditions were... excellent. I had french fries. I did not need them, but I wanted them. Wonderful staff! It?s an older building but it was very clean. The manager was extremely friendly and funny. She was extremely... friendly and patient while trying to place an order for 6 people that included four childrens meals. I will definitely returnand look forward to trying different dessert options. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The parking can get filled upquickly, but it?s located next to a grocery store with ample parking for overfill. Read more
We gave this location multiple chances? first time we went inside and the young kid at the counter was just disgruntled. Second... time we came through the drive through and sat by the intercom for about 15 mins. Never got served! I Backed out went inside andfound out why? all the staff were hanging out in the back. Today we came through the drive through ordered food. Once we paid wewere told to park and they would bring us are food. We parked next to about 4 other cars waiting for their orders. When theyoung lady comes out with a bag of food she has no idea what the order number is or what was inside the bag. She hands the bagto the first bags. After they Handle all the food in the bag they tell her it?s not their food so she takes it and takes it tothe next car until unfortunately it ends up being ours! So after 4 other people rummaged through the bag she saw nothing wrongwith handing to another customer. Read more
?what?s wrong with this place all of the 5 star reviews you see are 100%wrote by the management. We come here every once in a... while and hope and pray it?s better, it never is. Place is disgusting looks like it?s never cleaned. Had to clean their ownmirror to even see my reflection. Then was told I have to pay almost a dollar for sauces after I paid 38 bucks for 2 meals andsome ice cream. The food is sometimes good, sometimes absolutely terrible. Your blizzard will probably be melted by the time youget it. Which is why they refused to flip it one of the times we went. Also you will wait for 15+ mins to even order. You Seebugs crawling over the floor while waiting for your food. Behind the counter looks like it hasn?t been cleaned since the placewas built. The kids that are working here have to learn to use a cash register from the 1800s that barely works. Done ranting,don?t come to this Dairy Queen. Please! Whoever owns and runs this DQ, get a new drive through microphone system, a good one. I tried asking a question 3 times... and the answers were never relate to what I asked. Then I get to the window and confirm what I ordered and they had acheeseburger meal? I never said anything near cheeseburger. I kind of felt bad for the teens who have to use that microphonesystem. Everything during my experience was perfectly fine except for one thing? When I pulled up to the window there was a little bit... of a wait which was fine because I could see that the cashier was training. I have all the patience in the world for a person intraining. However someone who I can only assume is a part of management opened the window and confirmed my order but afterconfirming my order she proceeded to tell me the person in training rang it in all wrong so she had to fix it and thenapologized for the wait. What I don?t have patience for is poor management. There were several other ways to handle thesituation other than throwing her employee under the bus. Statistically speaking poor management is the #1 reason for employeeover turn. I was appalled at how this person in power chose to embarrass the person in training for no reason at all. I wasn?tcomplaining, I was patiently waiting. Even if I was an irate customer she still could have handled that differently. I can?tsupport this location. Management needs to do better. Read more
Stopped here as for a quick snack and this has got to be the worst Dairy Queen I?ve ever been to. The poor kid taking the order... was so confused and got our order wrong and informed us there was going to be a 20 min wait for grilled food. we fix our drinksand a roach was in the ice.I asked to speak to the manager and another guy comes out stated the manager was busy cooking andcouldn?t come out. I demanded a refund and we left. I would avoid this location at all cost. Read more
I am not normally the person to complain but this is the only dairy Queen did I been to that rips you off I ordered a large hot... fudge hot Sunday and you see what you get compare to where I live at in SC the next photo is what I get as a large see thedifference. ! Also just visited this place on 11-11-2022 I ordered a large hot fudge again with extra hot fudge and of course Ionly received a medium and didn?t get the extra fudge see pictures . My mom got the small one. I get that your food cost must beon the high side but don?t take away from customers because they?ll see that and won?t come back . I am sure will give itanother chance, every time I do I?ll keep posting on here to show progress. Read more
