Very slow service. Waited over 20 min for my drink. I was late for work. They need to pick up the pace n be fast like the... Starbucks in the ingles in swannanoa. I def won?t order again from here Read more
Dairy makes me really sick. They made my drink wrong (with dairy) and thought "rinsing" the cup would be okay before remaking... it. When I told them I could get sick from the residue the lady working became very rude and annoyed. If you have any foodsensitivities I would highly recommend going somewhere else . It's not worth the risk of getting sick. Read more

I've worked with many people who have said they are told by their managers atstarbucks to substitute certain coffees, but never milks. This is a new low.
