Horrible.... idk who is training these guys and idk whats going on with Mike! Before he would never let any of this fly! One... of many bad experiences lately, I asked for a corn muffin heated with butter, this man hands me a corn muffin not cut, warmed inthe microwave with a slab of butter on the top, barely noticeable slave of butter, I order ice latte, where's the ice? Have noticed lately ordering large coffee they serve you a small in large cup ? and they know it?
I go here for coffee every morning and they always make it the way I like it. Service is fast! Sucks they can?t take tips here... which I believe is ridiculous. For the past 4 days every time i get 2 hot lg lattes when i grab them it feels empty and sure enough i take lid off and the cup... is filled 1/3 way full that is disgusting i am paying almost 5 dollars a piece the foam doesnt mean to be filled to top itevaporates it is steamed milk with a thin froth on top train your employees better your employees are basically scaming peoplewith u pay for a certain size u should be getting what u pay for Read more

THE BEST of all the DD around. I actually drive to this Swampscott location from Salem because the difference in quality is... noticeably better. More bacon on their sandwiches and fresh. No joke. Someone should make this a training store for Beverly,Salem and especially Lynn. Read more
Maybe they're in too much of a rush but they didn't put the caramel drizzle on top of the whipped cream!!!
