Horrible.... idk who is training these guys and idk whats going on with Mike! Before he would never let any of this fly! One... of many bad experiences lately, I asked for a corn muffin heated with butter, this man hands me a corn muffin not cut, warmed inthe microwave with a slab of butter on the top, barely noticeable slave of butter, I order ice latte, where's the ice? Have noticed lately ordering large coffee they serve you a small in large cup ? and they know it?
I go here for coffee every morning and they always make it the way I like it. Service is fast! Sucks they can?t take tips here... which I believe is ridiculous.
