The drive thru associate wouldn?t take my order because she had me on hold to discuss a private conversation with her nearby... co-worker?.. and I know this because I was asked to ?Hold please? as soon as my tires stopped??and I assume the mic was still onto transmit communication because I was able to hear it all for approximately 40 secs ?????.. I was upset at the salad size, I wanted a full salad, was told they only offer half salads.which is fine. But $7.69 for half... salad is crazy. Ordered an apple pecan salad. No pecans came with it. Just seems like every fast food place , quality has wentdown. Nt just Wendy. Read more

A quick, edible breakfast! Sausage patty was not like cardboard and biscuit was just right! Staff was soooo nice!
Got here at 1pm. Girl had problem taking my order I don't think she could hear what I was saying. Had to repeat myself as to... which order I wanted due to the fact she was trying to give me the wrong thing. Then the customer behind me placed his order. Hehad ordered it to go and she get gave it to him as dining in. Instead of taking care of the customers(4) that were behind himshe went and started on my order and his order. Couldn't understand why these people were getting upset because she left thecash register to take care of something else instead of letting go in the back do it. She got upset over them fussing and actedlike she was about to have a breakdown. In turn they left and said they didn't need to put up with what was going on. Which isunderstandable because they were on their 30 minute lunch break and they had already been standing there several minutes. Thefood and drink was ok. I?m a nurse near this Wendy?s located at 418 South Main st, Swainsboro, GA, 30401. I don?t mean any harm but this is the final... time me or my family will be eating here. Every single time we come here we make a bet on what they will mess up on our meal.Things are always missing, food not fully cooked, customer service is awful, charged us for things we didn?t get, give ussomeone else?s food, etc etc. Literally 28 times out of the 30 I?ve been there it?s been nothing but awful. Tonight 1-17-22 Irushed to Wendy?s on my lunch break to get a salad. I was eating it while I was driving back to work. I instantly startedfeeling sick with an upset stomach.
