Very rude manager, during a door dash delivery. I arrived at the window to pick up a door dash order at approximately. The lady... got up setup because I skipped the line. Antoinette AGM then slammed the window in my face after I mentioned to her that Ialways skipped the speaker. She was very beligertat. This matter shouldn't be acceptable at all. Read more

Normally i dont leave bad reviews unless its well deserved wish i didnt have to leave this one. I believe that it was the time... that I went because during the day this wouldn't have happened. I get off work at 10 pm so it was late but there's no excuse forthe employee's working that shift to take literally 40 mins to get 5 vehicles ordered and fixed. There was one employee standingoutside talking to friends the whole time and the girl working the window was rude and only concern was talking and cutting upwith the ones working kitchen. She moved so slow it looked intentional smh. Then even after 40 mins of me having to breath andcount to 10 when I finally got my food I said thank you have a good night she rolled her eyes and turned her back. If I was thesupervisor everyone of them would be looking for another job. That has caused them to lose my business for good and that'sridiculous. Read more

The food was poorly made,when I called to nicely ask for them to remake it,only five minutes later...the lady on the phone... decided to make hateful remarks on the phone with me. We decided not to return but instead file a complaint. We quickly receiveda call from someone in charge who then offered to remake our food and send us coupons. The lady who called to help resolve thesituation was kind, understanding and asked for details of my experience. Wonderful lady who truly tried to address and find outwho might have said what and I appreciated her response time and kindness. But to experience something like this was hurtful,cruel and completely unnecessary. Simple fix... Place your customer on hold before bad-mouthing them. Will never return to thisestablishment, suggest going to the Dublin Taco Bell instead for quality food and service. Photos for proof that "one scoop ofmeat" is fine if that scoop covers the whole meal not just half. Read more

Well last time we came to play bingo was a wonderful night and wonderful service. Tonight was horrible. Our food took over ten... minutes and only 1 order before ours and it was a tiny combo meal. Also our food was cold and was supposed to come with a largedrink and I had to go back and ask for our cups and it was a small/medium. The employee that made our food was hateful and rudeand moved slower than a snail. Miss Angela someone needs to light a fire under you because that was the worst customer service Ihave ever had at any fast food restaurant. Pizza hut service is faster and we have to wait for a pizza to bake in a oven. Read more
