Finally they got a new manager at this location (Matt) and it was quite obvious! I quit coming to Zaxby?s because our order was... never right, ever!!! I went in tonight & they were slammed with a bunch of basketball players & adults after a local game. Themanager was working the grill right along with the other employees. Unfortunately I didn?t get the young man from Greensboro NCthat took my order, but great kid who thanked a veteran for his service! Kudos to this location & what seems to be a new team!!! Read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! On Monday September 12th, my mom went to eat here for lunch. She ordered a chicken finger plate and a large... coke! She went back to work. She drank about half her coke and realized there was a blue capsule pill in her coke. I called thestore and the manager Pedro did not seem concerned at all. I know this is a boomer thing to say, but Zaxby's has gone downhill. So far downhill in fact that I suppose their food comes... from the bottom of that hill. And by the time they've hiked it up to the restaurant, half of it's gone bad and the other halfhas fallen out along the way. Got a salad today with barely anything in it, and the first bite reeked of fish. In a chickensalad. They're also always serving unseasoned fried and frequently leave things out of the order. Ordered boneless wings through drive through and was served raw chicken. Not undercooked?just straight up raw. I am concerned... since that means they mixed everything with raw chicken. This makes me feel sick and disgusted. Whoever cooked and plated myfood on 1/1/2022 around 9pm~ needs to be evaluated. This Zaxby's is failing and in need of a severe overhaul. Twice in the last month, they have misplaced and forgotten entire... meals. Requiring us to return to the location. Meals are thrown together beyond sloppy. Our kicken chicken sandwich was drenchedthrough entirely coating the bread from top to bottom. The chicken finger sandwich is as if they are conserving their lettuceinto seven pieces with a hint of zax sauce. Look at that tomato...
