We really tried to like it but the inconsistency of this location is just getting out of hand. We're your pie fans from Dunwoody... location and were delighted to find one in Alpharetta. Sadly every time we order there is something wrong with the pizza. A fewtimes the cheese and toppings covered only 3/4th of the pie, sometimes ingredients were not spread properly. This time 3 out of4 pizzas were basically burnt(see photo). We salvaged whatever and ate it but what a waste. If we were dining in then themanager would have remade the pizzas because I remember her being really great usually. I'm sad to give 2 stars because theconcept is great, no one else has whole wheat pizza with vegetarian options like this place. But the quality is just not worththe trouble anymore. Read more
Horrible customer service! Absolutely horrible and greedy with their money! What happened to making things right when they make... a mistake? They did not try to fix their error or offer any help. We Have enjoyed eating their pizza, but I just can?t get overhow I was treated and for that we will not be returning to this location. Only this location. It?s the owners and how they treatcustomers. We will go to other Your Pie, but not this one. When they make a mistake and don?t try to fix it, blame the error ona 3rd party not their own, that is just wrong. This is a nice little Pizza joint - unique in the sense that you can build your own pizza by picking your own dough, sauce,... cheese and toppings. One of the very few places where you can have wheat (whole or at least coarse) dough versus the fine (readunhealthy) white, general purpose flour dough. They also serve pasta, salad and beer / wine. Good for a quick bite and somethingmore than a soda to wash it down. I go there occasionally ???????? Only two other places I had this style of pizza - inNorthern California and in Florida. Can?t compare with real pizza from NJ/NY ???? but yet, satisfying in its own right. Read more

I am giving this franchise location of Your Pie only two stars. They are getting the two stars because the pastas and pizzas are... good. My daughter enjoys the gelato and the high school kids that work there are fantastic and very hardworking. The manager,though (perhaps the owner?) is losing them the three stars. We ordered a CAPRESE SALAD per the picture on their website. It camelooking completely different. We also ordered a HOUSE GREEK SALAD per the pic on the website and it was also completelydifferent. The salads were almost all greens and nothing else. I should have checked before I left but I trusted that theywouldn't misrepresent their menu. We called to request a refund and the manager said that everything is chopped now. I explainedwhile she continued to talk over me that there is almost nothing else in the salad but greens and a few tiny pieces ofmozzarella and tomato (same with the greek salad). That not providing a product as pictured on your website is illegal and notgood business practice. It is misrepresentation. She continued to argue with me and finally offered to either remake the salador a refund BUT we had to drive all the way back there to receive either. What?! How is that good customer service?! How is itappropriate to say anything in this case other than I am so sorry and we will make it right. We won't be back anytime soonunless things change. Read more
It was good. Still like it. Second time we've been to one of these. The first was great, they had a ton of beer options, outdoor... space, in a little town square area, it was big and open inside. This one was still good, but it wasn't as good. The other hasbig tvs in the line so you could see the menu and the drinks. This one just wasn't quite as up on decor either. But, it wasstill good. I'd still go back. Can't say anything negative about it. Well, maybe, they need more beers and more interestingbeers. But it was a good time. I liked watching the Olympics on three tvs at once, it was a good time. We'll go back. Read more
I didn?t know that my go-to sushi place is closed on Mondays and I didn?t wanna drive to another place. This was the only resto... around the area that piqued my interest so I went here. I?m glad I did cuz i think i found a new fave pasta. And I am obsessedwith pesto. It was pretty dry, I feel like it was frozen and just reheated but it was okay enough for me. Your Pie gives a subway style pizza experience, pick your ingredients and watch them build your pizza in front of you.... Unfortunately it also gives a subway level taste experience. Overall pretty okay! Read more
