I know they're understaffed and can't open the dining room, but that completely eliminates the advantage of online ordering, so... don't bother. There's usually about a 20 to 30 minute wait and they'll always leave off a part of your order and charge you forit. This latest trip was a cheese quesadilla. Long drive through lines, told they don't have any items for their box items, employees typically don't know when their drive... through menu updates so be prepared to get old box/combo items. I've been here multiple times and they always seem to have someproblem and struggle to be open/staffed/supplied. Read more
This particular TB did a good job. The order was correct and I got through the line in about 5 minutes. Most Taco bells around... us have their dining rooms closed and have ridiculously long waits at the drive-thru; like 30-40 min! Food was as you wouldexpect from Taco Bell. Read more
Ordered instore pickup and reached as soon as the food is ready. The restaurant has locked doors so was directed to the drive... thru. Git cold food due to the wait. the staff here is really good. They always get your order correct. I placed an order worth $50 and had a lot of customizations.... They got them all spot on. Also, i had a $5 off coupon that was only valid for order in-store. The employees understood my needand took my order at the register instead of me using the kiosk so i could redeem my coupon. Slowest service ever of any fast food place. Ordered on mobile and wasn't ready till 45+ minutes later. Dining area are always... closed so I can't pick up my food when it's done and have the audacity to make me go through the long drive thru line just topickup my order so add another 20+minutes instead of just letting me pickup inside in 2 seconds. Who doesn?t love Taco Bell.? Always good of course, but today we had the sweetest person take our order. I was a bit of a... handful in the drive through because I wasn?t sure what I wanted and changed my mind a few times.
