I placed an order online for a melt to be picked up in 30 min. I call 8 min after ordering to cancel, and they explain that they... have already made it. Who makes a HOT sandwich 25 min before someone is scheduled to pick it up?! They tell me to come down andwe can figure something out. When I get my sandwich, of course it?s luke warm and looks SAD. I like this location. Maybe I'm used to the hood locations but the people that work here are always friendly and helpful.

We live close by and have ordered at this location countless times till now. Till now all the staff members have been good... EXCEPT for 1 middle aged man. I don't know his name. As soon as we realize he is the one working the shift, we know its gonna bea horrible experience. Lately, we started to drive 2 miles for another subway location to avoid him! Honestly, I have traveled around the world and have been to hundreds of subways in my lifetime. This one, however, blows all the... others out of the water. Nilpa is AMAZING!!! Not only does she have fantastic customer service, she always pay specialattention to my two year old little boy. My family and I will go out of our way to eat at this restaurant because of the aboveand beyond staff at this location! Read more

I had placed order worth $35/- through DoorDash. While placing order I made mistake & did not mention Spicy yellow mustard. I... agree I made mistake. Immediately I realised & called them to include. The person picked up the phone & before I explained ,just hung up, saying that he is busy. He could have put me on hold & modified my order. But did not do anything, just hung up.After 2-3 days I called the same location just to inform the manager/ owner to let them know the incedent so their staff willnot do the same thing with others. No responsible man talked with me & there was no commitment to improve. They could do thiswith me instead of the fact that I have worked in the same Kroger for 7 years & was regular customer. Whenever I am in town visiting my grandkids this is our favorite place to eat. The place is super clean and the items are fresh.... We ordered the 6 inch turkey and the 6 inch roasted chicken breast. The sandwiches were prepared properly and the service wasawesome. Read more

Disappointed!! Our daughter loves Subway and this is the closest one to us. We go several times per week. The Manager is... excellent. However, when he is not there everything goes bad! On one occasion we asked if the sweet tea was fresh. We were toldyes, we paid for it and when we got our cups the container was empty. We wanted our money back because the young person behindthe register didn't even offered to make more tea. He said he couldn't give us our money back. He said take something else. Wedidn't want anything else! That's why we asked first and he lied. On another visit we asked him to put more vegetables and herefused. Today was our last visit to this place. The same young man told me he wasn't allowed to use coupons. WHAT??? We had aSubway coupon that expires in June. I never heard of it. He said "let me try, but I don't think it will work." Then he said "No,it won't let me." We are done with this place!! I will drive down the road and get better service!! Manager: train youremployees well. Read more
