Honestly reading these reviews I thought this place was bad, once I went to grab a sandwich talk to the person he was really... nice with a smile. He even made me laugh. I told him about the reviews and he said it was the old management. So he was part ofthe new management. Honestly all subways are the same but this one, is one I will be visiting once again because of the guy thatwas there making the sandwich's. He is funny nice and puts a smile on your face. I wish i could give a zero star rating. So unprofessional. I asked for a chopped salad. The lady said we dont do that but i can... give a salad in a bowl. I was like cool, maybe they took chopped salad out the menu. So when she made it, literally was puttingin everything as if i wasnt paying for it. Like 5 spinach leaves and not even a proper handful of lettuce. Btw i got onlyveggies. And was charged $6.75. Read more
This is the worst subway i have ever tried. I usually love eating subway but this one franchise made me hate subway from today.... There was literally nothings there. The vegetables were frozen almost empty. And the guy working literally used the last pieceof gross watery vegetables that were kept in the freezer for God knows how long in my sandwich and didnt even care to refill.Then we got the drinks and saw that their ice machine didn't work! Who runs a restaurant and not have their ice machine notwork???? The drinks were warm and filled with water and flat. This is by far the worst restaurant i ever went to! I?ve never posted a bad review in my entire life and as a small business owner it pains me to do this but this franchise is not... run well. I spent the equivalent of a sit down restaurant for three people and, unfortunately, the quality just is not there.Limited chip inventory, flat drinks, ice machine wasn?t working, dirty drink counters, and more. Hopefully this is a wake upcall to the owner. I?ve been going to Subways for two decades and have never seen one run like this. Not worth the money whenyou could spend the same and go sit down at a nice restaurant with actual fresh food. Read more
Came for lunch and my wife ordered her sandwich on wheat, no wheat so she asked for the 9 grain, none of that, only white or... Italian. I went to get tea to drink, NO TEA. Both employees were very slow and didnt half understand English. I will not comeback. Read more
Subway is usually always professionally and great service....but not at this location! This subway is located inside of walmart... so after shopping we decided to grab a sandwich..before we could finish putting our bags down the lady is literally yelling "youcan not be in here, no outside food" little did she know we had just put in our subway order via the subway app and we had nooutside food! She was just profiling and discriminating against us. I do NOT recommend this location if you are looking fordecent service. We won't be back! Read more
