What's WRONG with this picture? This is the second time my Subway order ingredients have been ignored. No cheese no banana... peppers, mayo not requested, onions not requested, black olives not requested, green peppers not requested but all present. NOstars. Read more
Stopped by McGinnis Ferry Road location near Publix to check out new menu and planned to use buy-one-get-one-free 12" sub... coupon. I did not see any prominent sign that they do not honor corporate coupons and was very angry when my $10 purchase costme $20. Deceptive practice when you display Subway brand but do not honor national promotion. Please send me a list of alllocations in and near 30005 owned by this franchisee so I can avoid them. As an afterthought, I regret not refusing to pay forthe sandwich and going next door to Publix for a sub. Read more
They have 'own' exclusive rules for coupons, which was hand-written on a small piece of paper and posted at the register, and... allow them only for the lowest priced menus even though there is no mention about it on the printed coupon itself. I recently this Subway on McGinnis Ferry, next to Publix shopping center: They didn?t honor Buy one get one coupon. If you are... representing Subway coupon should be eligible to use at all locations. I used the same coupon at other subway in 30024 zip code.I would never go back to this location. When you ask for toppings they put very little on sub. Subway corporate should handlethe complaints, not at they store level because all the reviews getting similar responses saying it doesn?t happen at thislocation, basically blaming on other nearby subways. Walked into this location around 12 noon today to order a tray of subs. They made suggestions quickly based on what I told them.... Seems to be owned by a husband & wife team. They were very friendly & accommodating. I was able to make a busy salon with 20hair stylists happy with this sub tray! Read more
I usually don?t look into ratings before I go to Subway, Wendy?s, McD?s.. but looks like I need to? 3.5 rating for a Subway is... just aweful and the quality of food and service was much subpar than 3.5? all the ingredients are stale?
