I?ve used the Starbucks app for a while now and wanted to use a birthday reward. However, the reward wasn?t showing up on my app... despite the fact I entered my bday in my profile over a week ago. I waited weeks for this small perk lol. I asked if they coulddo anything or honor it for me somehow since I placed an order just in case and was already at the drive thru. The employeeskept telling me no, didn?t give me eye contact, and told me there was nothing they could do for me. They wouldn?t even honor it.I offered to show my ID. They didn?t offer any other accommodations or any other routes of obtaining honorable rewards. Theyalso immediately left the drive-thru after handing me my phone back. One of the employees returned, handed me my drink, andimmediately took my other form of payment out of my hand without even asking if I had another form of payment. This isridiculous. Starbucks drinks are already crazy expensive. They should have honored my request. And tbh, I?ve noticed thislocation dying down in its service and efficiency in the past 2 years. Went through the drive thru and realized they forgot an item. Sent my daughter inside the store to get it (a croissant). They... told her she will have to wait for them to review the orders. She waited 20 mins and never got the croissant. She came back tothe car and I re-joined the line. When I told the person taking the order that I didn't get the croissant, she said, "oh yea,sorry about that". Why couldn't the clerk in the store just asked the drive thru line for the croissant instead of making mydaughter wait in there forever. Read more

The young lady who waited in us at the counter was very nice. We were the only ones in the store. There were 4 people behind... the counter and it took 12 minutes for us to get the one drink we ordered. The lady who came in after us and paid after us gother drink and had been gone for about 5 minutes. I had to ask for our drink. I would not advise coming to this one unless youhave a lot of time to wait. The drink was good once we finally got it. Read more

The partners were really nice, but PLEASE, if I order a drink with no ice and you?re unwilling to fill it to the top, please... tell me. I will pay for a larger size drink if I absolutely need to, but this is ridiculous and not want i wanted. I wanted myfull venti, I just don?t like ice. Read more

Pretty disappointed bc this is the first time my order is done wrong. I asked for 2extra scoops of matcha but they definitely... just ignored the request. It?s super pale and does not taste like my usual at all. I gave 2 stars bc at least the cashieroffered to remake, which i appreciate, but i do not have time to wait again. I was running super late and needed my SB fix????pls pay more attention next time guys. Read more
