Customer service was AWESOME! Fries were good sandwich was a little over cooked but not really a big deal, it's a fast food... restaurant. But the dining area was NASTY! Looked like it hadn't been swept, tables & counters wiped since the night before andit was 2pm. The trash cans were over flowing to the counter top. After bickering w/another employee I'm assuming she was a Mgrtold the guy she was bickering with to take out the trash as she left. He literally took the stuff off the top of the counter.I've been to this Popeyes 4 times and this was my worst experience. Usually super clean, food is perfect and I've always had thesame lady at the counter is super sweet. I'm giving a 3 b/c great customer service goes a long way and it may have just been abad day so I don't want to bash them. But figured if Google wants my review so bad to push notify then I'll give a truthfulaccount. Read more
Last year, I stumbled across this Popeyes and was happy to see it in the area. My first order was an order of nuggets. They were... fresh and the best nuggets ever. The customer service was good too. Now, I am not sure what is going on. The employees are dryand so is the food. The employees are just unwelcoming and rude. Please understand that not providing a good customer experiencewill break your business quick! A good and friendly attitude goes a long way and that is anywhere! If you don't like the job,find one that is fulfilling. Serving nasty and dry food. Would you want someone to serve you that? Read more
This is the closest Popeyes for me and i was excited when they were opening, now I feel sorry for this store, its brand new and... in a good location, but always under staff, went several times in last year and almost all time there is only one personworking, I don't blame the staff, as they can't provide the service alone. Popeyes need to take ownership of this mishandling atthis location and correct the issue to avoid ruining their reputation. This location never have anything on the menu, theyusually tell you they have only bone in chicken and fries only. Usual wait time is more than 30 min even you are the only onethere, again i don't want to blame the staff who end up working themselves they trying their best to keep it open. Terrible experience. The cashier was rude to us, but we were shocked when the manager was even more rude. We asked for honey and... they gave us 2 packets for 14 piece chicken and 7 biscuits. The honey and hot sauce packets were open, and it dripped all overour clothes as the cashier passed it over to us. We ordered 14 pieces of chicken, however there was only 12 pieces of chickenin the box. Please note that if you are going to this Popeyes, to makesure you get the correct amount of chicken youordered. The chicken we got was dry, under-cooked, and tasted like it was old chicken. It also had a bad smell when we boughtit home. Unacceptable Customer service by the cashier and manager. We are absolutely will not going to this Popeyes ever again. Read more

Worst experience 2nd time at Popeyes. Ordered via app for pickup. Went to restaurant and they were not aware of my order and... started taking as new order, only when I showed them on app then they got to know and they didn't have the fries available soasked me to either change it or reach out to customer care for refund. The remaining order, spicy chicken sandwich was not asexpected, it was just an over cooked chicken patty and bun. Not going to Popeyes again. Read more
Drive thru was fairly quick. However I asked for hot sauce and honey, and they gave me 4 packets of honey and NO hot sauce?for... 15 pieces of chicken and 6 biscuits. Also the large beans and rice was less than 1/2 full, and was 90% rice. Disappointed andwon?t be going back. Read more
