The email confirmation said my order would arrive at 8pm, but it did not arrive until 9pm. I ordered at 7:30pm. This is... unacceptable. The manager was not helpful and would not give me a refund. This is the third time I've dealt with this. I willno longer be ordering from pizzahut. Read more

This location was very busy with only one delivery driver, so patience was very needed, even though two 14-year-olds were really... hungry. The pizza was ordered at 8:40 pm and arrived by 11:00 pm. The hilarious part was, a police officer delivered the pizza.Why, because the delivery driver had just been arrested! The officer went over-and-beyond the call of duty, delivering pizza ashe understood, someone was waiting for that pizza. It was just crazy, I was hysterical laughing. So, thank you officer forgetting that pizza to two very hungry teenagers. Read more

Ordered a medium thin crust pepperoni for delivery. For a call back immediately letting me delivery time was 2 hours and what... did I want to do. Very cool there. Picked up the pie and brought it home. Opened the box and the pizza was over cooked and nopepperoni. Also very dry with very limited marinara. Our pizza was hot, delicious, perfect, and on time. The staff provided excellent, friendly customer service.
