It's McDonalds... so don't expect much. The service was okay. My sister and I ordered nuggets and fries. They handed us a bag... with only nuggets so we told the woman at the window that we didn't get our fries. She immediately seemed annoyed and told us wedidn't order fries. Sure enough on our receipt it showed that whoever took the order accidentally forgot to put fries on theorder. Both my sister and i know for a fact we told them we wanted fries. I understand people have bad days but in the futureI'd hope the workers at this location would be a bit more friendly and less defensive about one order of fries... the one theyforgot to put on the order... and then tried to argue about with us... Other than that the food was okay. I'll probably avoidthis McDonald's, there are others in the area that are way friendlier. Read more
Waited 45 minutes in line, 20 minutes at the box. Got there well before 11. Someone asked if I used the app, I said no, and that... was the end of it. I have had many issues with this location before, rude employees and wrong orders. I try and have empathy forfast food workers because I?ve worked in fast food before and I know it sucks, but the shift lead or manager should be ashamedof themselves for how they run this restaurant. I placed an order for curbside pickup, waited for a long time and no one deliver the order. I walked into the store and want to... double-check my order and saw a lady came out to deliver an order. I try to ask her about my order, suddenly there is a staffstand behind me and try to start a fight??? This is how you've been trained? fight with customer without asking anything? Read more
Good grief. How hard is it to screw up an order for a black coffee. All you have to do is get a cup fill it full of coffee put a... lid on it and hand it to me. You would think that that?s a pretty basic and simple task. I pull up to the drive-through. Iplaced my order for large coffee, black. I pull around I pay you hand me the coffee now multiple times I?ve gotten my coffeewhich is served at the temperature of Hades and so it has to sit for at least a good 15 to 20 minutes before it?s even somewhattolerable temperature wise. Then anticipating that wonderful sip. What do I taste sugar now why would there be sugar in a largeblack coffee. Apparently the concept of black coffee is foreign to the store he would think they would have training that blackcoffee means coffee only no sugar nope. Read more
Location was fast and the order was correct. I don?t usually download apps for fast food joints but I highly recommend the... McDonalds app. They have some great discounts and you can save common orders. This comes in handy if you have kids that wanteverything customized. I can just save all their usuals quickly order from the app. Read more
I went to this McDonald's today with my grandson and the food was delicious and picture perfect as one reviewer stated. I... ordered two Big Macs no pickles, two large sweet tea's light ice, and a large fry. The sweet tea was definitely sweet and theyactually made it with light ice as requested!!! I've only been to this location twice and they made picture perfect sandwiches. I was impressed with how they made their... sandwiches. Neatly stacked ingredients between clean and glazy buns. Couldn't help but take a picture. Drive through waiterswere very pleasant and courteous unlike some of the other locations around here. Read more
Consistently slow, consistently bad service. This must be a new farm to table concept where they go out to a farm a few miles... away, pick a cow, walk it back to the store on foot, then cook it. I?ve never figured out how it?s possible to be so slow atfast food, but alas, here we are. One time recently we waited over 40 minutes after ordering to get our food. Today was fun,they kept taking cars from the other line but not mine. Had to pull up to the window to order after 3 cars from the far lanewere able to order in a row but no one was available through the speaker. He apologized but ultimately still got the orderwrong, so I overpaid. If you have an hour to spare or want the wrong food, this is your place! Read more
