If there is an option to have a dasher come instead of having your JJ driver take all sandwiches ordered which in the last hour... AN HOUR AFTER order was placed, utilize the option to give your customer faster service through an actual door dasher. This isthe reason I ordered through door dash bc I knew the store was short staffed and would take longer if I ordered through thestore directly- THIS IS WHY I CHOSE DOOR DASH. I could?ve saved my self a tip and picked it up myself if I knew the JJ driverwould be bringing it an hour later after ordering and not an actual dasher. Read more
I used JJ App to place a catering order. App was not user friendly as I had to customize each and every sandwich. There was no... way for me to customize one and apply to all. Even the summary after the order is placed is very confusing. When sandwiches wereserved to my guests, some had meat. I called the restaurant but was told by Alan that sandwiches were prepared as per the orderticket. In frustration I hung up the phone. Alan called me back and asked me to come back and pick up the sandwiches. Alan wasvery calm during the entire 2 phone calls, Very respectful and had customer first attitude. He saved my day. We always order from here due to our office being right next to it. If you really want a lettuce, tomato with a slice of ham... sandwich then this is the place to go. Vs a ham sandwich with lettuce and tomato. I strongly suggest going somewhere else andspend the same amount of money and actually get meat on it. Maybe they're cutting back? Staff here is very service oriented and friendly. They need raises. Place is clean and sandwiches were delicious!
