We were so excited to have a Jersey Mikes on this side of town because I love their sandwiches. We have been to many other... locations and to this one as well a couple times since they?ve opened. My kids always want chips with the kids meal instead of acookie. This has never been a challenge at any of our previous visits here or elsewhere. Until today. The guy at the registerdidn?t know how substitute chips and when he asked the man who was cutting the bread & meat how to do it, the man said thesubstitution was not allowed ?at his franchise?. I still am not clear why. If the chips cost more, I would have gladly paid thedifference but it seemed to be just flat out impossible. I asked some questions about how much it would be to buy the chipswithout a combo and how much a kids sandwich was by itself. All this discussion started to agitate the bread & meat man whoyelled ?what is the hold up?. Ultimately decided that since we don?t really like pepsi products either, I decided to give thekids the chips from my combo and take the sandwiches home so everyone could get both the drinks and sides that they want. But mydaughter was in tears by the time we got to the car because not only did she not have chips but she was really looking forwardeating lunch out with mommy. We had a class of about 28 people that we needed boxed lunches for. This location did not disappoint. The lunches were ready... for us on time and the food was great. We will definitely keep Jersey Mike's in mind for our next class. I am a fan of JerseyMike's anyway, but they went above & beyond to accommodate our large group. Read more

He is an amazing worker, very... well spoken, courteous and always does an exceptional job on our food. We were shocked to find out he was only 16. Perfectperson to be representing the company. I visited this location for the first time and was very impressed with the associates working their. They offered great customer... service and made one of the better cheese steaks I have had. If you have never tried this location or maybe wasn't as pleasedwith other locations as I was, you should give this location a try. Read more
Not prepared for customers. When ordering representative did not understand clearly the sandwich process. Started to give me the... ends of a meat, until requesting fresh cut. Then did not inform me that they were out of tomatoes for sandwiches until my orderis almost complete. Lack any additional customer service to make up for missing key toppings for subs.
