Absolutely ?? this place. I drive an hour (1 way) just to go to Gong Cha. Not only is the product amazing but the staff, owner,... and cleanliness of the store exceeding all expectations you have when visiting an establishment. The staff take the time toexplain the drink options, there are a large variety, they recommend drinks based on what you like, they even customize to makesure you?re happy. The staff has learned my drink, know what I like, and always provide the same quality product day in and dayout. It?s hard to have perfection every time but Gong Cha hits the mark EVERY SINGLE TIME! Great little place, cute set up. Overwhelmed with all the option but most people like alot of options. Ive only tried the bubble... tea, and they give you a selection on the amount of sweetness and ice in your drink which was cool. Nice people I've dealt with.But expect to pay prices like at Starbucks for these types of drinks. Read more

Their black milk tea (#2 most popular drink) with light ice and 50% sugar is amazing. The matcha smoothie with 50% sugar was... good. The sugar level is good. Make sure they blended well so it is not ice-y. The flavour is average tho (I would give 4.5stars but because staff are knowledgeable about recommendations and nice I?ll give them 5 stars).
