It took a long time to get our 2 meals. It did not seem to be busy at that time. My husbands burger was almost cold in the... middle. Mine was not much better. The front area could have used some attention as well. Maybe we came after a busy time andthey still needed to do a little spot sweeping. We absolutely love Culver's and prefer them over all the other fast foodplaces. But I would hesitate to eat at this location again. Read more

This store is already a little slower fulfilling orders. We typically don?t mind waiting because we know the food is made fresh.... However, we went on a very busy night. I decided to order online cause I thought that it would be faster. I was wrong! I waited1hr and 10 mins for our food. The order was missing my drink, my ice cream and I only got one kid meal token for ice cream. Iasked for another ice cream token and didn?t get a response. Only go here if there is no wait! Read more
Been going to this Culver?s for years and very disappointed with my last experience. I bring my dog with me everywhere at drive... through and get free whip cream or doggie treats at Starbucks, Steak N Shake, Chick-fil-A and even Kroger pharmacy drive up. Today I was charged $4 for a little tiny cup of whip cream on top of my regular order. When I raised a fit about it the ownergave me my $ back but said I would have to pay $4 for about one mouth squirt of whip cream next time. Well there won?t be anext time. Poor business skills. It's fine place to eat but the fact that half the employees are elderly and have to work there to afford living in the... retirement home behind it really saps the joy out of the place. Also its 50/50 on whether they forget your cheese curds or not. Read more
