I love Chicken Salad Chic, but lately I never seem to be able to get what I order. They are always out of items! Why can't they... have enough of everything to get through the day? They were out of 2 different soups that I ordered, and the bread for mysandwich. If they run out of something, then it should let you know that on the website so you can make a different choicebefore you go to pick it up! Read more
This place is a joke. I placed an order for pick up at 11:00 AM to be picked up at 12:15 PM. I even got there early at 12:00 PM... to pick my order up. I waited over 30 mins to get my order that was never made. Asked for a refund, but I guess we will see howlong that takes. NEVER going back. Waste of time, especially on a lunch break. Went to CFA after and got my order in 7 minutes.Truly can?t beat CFA. Read more
We visited the Johns Creek CSC on 9-10-22 at about 5:00 pm. The staff was happy to see someone come in and were chatting instead... of getting our sandwiches made. My husband said 'Honey, you need to lower your expectations, teenage girls are not going to befocused on our needs." I said, " If this was my store, I would be upset that my customers got this kind of service." Thesandwiches are tasty but neither of our to-go containers were marked, we opened up the sandwiches and were able to figure it outbut marking would be a good idea. Update 9/8/22: Went for a late dinner, only 1 other person at tables. No employees are masked. Ordered croissant sandwich with... pimento cheese side and asked for extra mayo packets. We had sat down, then noticed table had not been cleaned and no napkinsin holder; moved. Order came, no mayo and no crackers that went with pimento. Food was good, although croissant are stillsmaller than normal sandwich size. Chicken salad covered bread, could have been a bit more. ********* Update 7/29/22: Likeother places, it appears the sandwiches are downsized. Croissants were smaller and less chicken salad. Fancy Nancy tastedrather bland this time with very little fruit. The pimento cheese side was smaller as well. Disappointed. ******* Super placefor a ladies luncheon or lunch date with hubby. Tea room atmosphere with plastic tablecloths. Variety of salads and breads forsandwiches. My concern is the trays the sandwiches are served on. We are living during a pandemic. Upon leaving, I saw the usedones were gathered and stacked behind the counter. An employee was wiping them and reusing. Is this an SOP or just a quick,easy way to reuse? They do put a paper between the sandwich and tray, but is that enough? Read more
This was only my second time eating at CSC and it's definitely a new favorite of mine. The food is high quality and delicious. I... enjoyed this particular location for its superb customer service. There were several girls working the front counter and each ofthem were helpful, kind, and overall delightful. I will be returning here! Read more
Got my CSC fix again today and of course they are pretty consistent with taste no matter which location i go to. I have another... one closer to the office but I prefer to go here. The lady at the online order area was pretty nice. She helped me right away assoon as i approached her. Will def be coming back. Read more
This restaurant was so dirty in the inside crumbs everywhere but the food wasn?t bad. The pimento cheese BLT was an interesting... sandwich. Too pricy for what it is. Read more
