They were out of 2 different soups that I ordered, and the bread for mysandwich. This place is a joke. I placed an order for pick up at 11:00 AM to be picked up at 12:15 PM. I even got there early at 12:00 PM... to pick my order up. I waited over 30 mins to get my order that was never made. Asked for a refund, but I guess we will see howlong that takes. NEVER going back. Waste of time, especially on a lunch break. We visited the Johns Creek CSC on 9-10-22 at about 5:00 pm. The staff was happy to see someone come in and were chatting instead... of getting our sandwiches made. My husband said 'Honey, you need to lower your expectations, teenage girls are not going to befocused on our needs." I said, " If this was my store, I would be upset that my customers got this kind of service." Thesandwiches are tasty but neither of our to-go containers were marked, we opened up the sandwiches and were able to figure it outbut marking would be a good idea.
