I am a traveling clinician and at the end of a long day I stopped to grab something to eat. Let's start with the very luke warm... service. Nobody seemed happy to have a job. I drove .03 miles to my destination. ALL OF MY FOOD WAS COLD. There is nothing worsethan fries that have been sitting. You absolutely tell my sandwich was not fresh, nor was it a whole piece of meat (extremelythin). It was money wasted. Read more

I?ve never done one star review for anyone until now and surprisingly I?m doing it for Chick Fil A (Can you imagine?!) Today I... ordered my lunch of a meal. First, the drive through didn?t give me drink so I drove back to retrieve it. Second, when I pulledout sandwich from container, the bun was hard and dry. I typically avoid this location because my food is always poor. I will drive pass this location which is more convenient and go... to Moore Road for this reason. Today I drove in for my son?s meal bc I was too tired to go to Moore Road. My son?s fries werehard fried and over cooked. The strips were dried and appeared old and not fresh. I know what the food should look like bc myson is a fanatic. He will insist I go to another one if any restaurant serves his food in a low quality manner. He would nothave eaten it. I requested a remake and it was prepared fresh. I haven?t been to this location in 5 months and will not return.I took photos. First few are the first order. Dine in is open. Time for lunch at Chick-FIL-A. Great food as always. Had a great lunch. Service was fast, order and by the time... I had paid the food was ready. Tables were available and every one clean. The drive thru was busy, but I trust they had thatunder control.
