The summer strawberry salad is advertised made fresh daily. My salad had wilted lettuce and brown lettuce. Advertises bacon,... it didn't have bacon. It is advertised as a strawberry salad; it only had 8 tiny pieces of strawberry. I was very disappointedin the quality of the salad. I will not order it again. Read more
I was driving from Weston, back to Greensboro and needed a quick bite to eat...stopped here and had a hot honey chicken... sandwich, fries, a coke, and a double bacon cheeseburger. Most of my experiences with Wendy's are good, and it was no differenthere...the food was hot and delicious (especially the chicken sandwich), and the service was fast and friendly. There was a bitof a line at the drive thru, but it went pretty quick. Read more
The mobile app has never worked at this particular restaurant. Drive thru was fast on this visit though and they honored the app... price. Food was excellent. Read more

Walk up and all doors are locked. Call the store. I'm standing there looking at staff and can see one of them say "He's calling... here." Only for the phone to connect and be hung up. I walk around to the drive thru. "I don't have enough people to run thefront." That's the reply I got when I asked to come in and order because we are in a 10ft tall ambulance. "Oh, so I can standout here in the cold and rain?" My reply. Well, my patient and his wife got their food. My driver got his. He came to see whatthe issue was and that's him in the photo. But Wendy's won't get a penny more than that. I'll eat the peanut butter crackersthat have been in my bag for a month before they make more money off of me. Read more
This was my first visit to a Wendy's in probably ten years. I tried the new bacon, cheese, jalapeño burger. I ordered a double... with a large iced tea. My wait was brief and my burger was ready by the time I'd gotten my tea. The burger was nicely wrappedbut sloppily constructed. The jalapeños were all on one side, as were the french fried onion rings that I didn't realize wereeven part of the sandwich. The bacon pieces were really small and the combination of flavors wasn't really all that pleasant. Ithink raw onion would have been better. The pickled jalapeños had little heat. I'm glad I stopped. The burger was filling andthe tea kept me awake for the rest of the drive home. Read more
The salad smelled of chemical wash they did not rinse off before they served- right out of bag, not even picked through. The... apples were almost frozen; it just wasnt tasty at all. My husband had baked potato and chili and he was not able to finish iteither. Just not good, too bad for a busy location like flatwoods that they dont do a better job. I wonder if they justassume most travelers won't take the effort to review? Read more
