Store isn?t kept the cleanest. Bugs dead where they store the donuts or in most cases lack of donuts and fresh baked products.... Can spend up to an hour in queue on the weekend. Staff seem to prioritize drive through and make elderly and other customerswait. Dining area wasps are the entertainment, sticky tables and overflowing garbage bins are a norm. Ask for sugar in yourcoffee and you?ll get a sweet drizzle when you are done drinking your coffee. Worst Tim Hortons location. Sadly the only coffeeplace that?s open late. Read more
The worst Tim Horton's I've been to in all of the ones I have seen in Canada. Every single order I have placed with them has... been messed up. Items forgotten, drinks and food made incorrectly, incredibly long wait times, rude and/or under-trained staff.These issues are all present weekly, if not daily. Read more
There is lack of proper management here! Had an order through the mobile app, it didn?t went through and I was charged normal... price. Stopped to get some lunch at this location during a camping trip. Bugs were a nuisance during the entire trip in this town, but... was surprised at the number of flies within the restaurant itself. Would recommend placing fly traps and glass doors to protectthe baked goods. Super friendly staff. Read more
Service is always slow ???? the drive-thru don't even get me started, it really shouldn't take over 10 minutes to just get a... coffee on a Tuesday afternoon, on weekends and during the morning rush forget about it you are looking at 20+ minutes minimumeasy to get a coffee, food and drinks are what you would expect from a Tim's location. Also be very careful in the parking lot,the site is just so poorly planned I've seen so so many fender benders in this parking lot. Read more
There's a lot wrong here, I went in today and there weren't many donuts there at all, we were told "we only have what's here".... The bathroom had no toilet paper, so I had to run around to the stores to use the bathroom, very frustrating. Also, the tablesare dirty and there's coffee on the tables and the floor. It's getting pretty sad there. It's too bad because the food is verygood and the donut are good too when they actually have some. Read more
I visited today to get some food and drinks for some coworkers. A lovely girl, I believe named Chelsea, took my order, and was... very polite. However, the girl who seemed to be training her was absolutely disrespectful to both this girl, and also customersas well. Not to mention she had gotten my tea wrong, and gave me a coffee instead. Usually I would've gone about my day and leftthis alone, but this woman had an absolutely terrible attitude, and was not only disrespectful to staff, but guests as well. Ihope Chelsea finds a better place with staff who aren't rude to her. Read more
I stopped by for the first time yesterday. 4 people in line, one waiting on the side for food. Out of nowhere a staff member... (Kim) YELLS at a younger gentleman (also staff). She yelled that he ?needs to slow down as she hasn?t even finished with makingthe previous oder blah blah blah??. The customers just looked at each other like ?what?s wrong with her?!? Then another staffmember on the right side of the room yells ?I just let em stand there and ignore em till I?m ready.? She was obviously talkingabout making customers wait while the staff finishes the previous order. The poor guy who got rearmed out - only his second daythere. I hope he finds another job with respectful people who can run a professional and courteous environment. I?m honestly notsure if this was an issue but he was the only non-white there at the time - I?m not saying that was the reason for such abusebut it?s fair to say it could have been.
