Good atmosphere as music was awesome. Food was ok not as great as other franchise locations. Staff have mediocre customer... service skills. Usually tip a lot but left the lowest tip ever. Read more
Well?.. thought we would try Eggsmart again?.( terrible service before ) It was Thursday morning, place was empty. Two tables... had people eating.Waitress sat us down, 10 mins for menus. Finally took our order, poured us coffee. Waited forever for food,once it came the waitress said? I?ll be back with coffee ? and never came back !!!! She was nowhere to be found?..My toast wasburnt black, eggs way overcooked but no one to complain to or send it back?? no coffee, no service?? nothing. Maybe we wantedto order something????? Sorry?NO. Finished what we could eat and went to counter to pay?. While my other half was paying(after we found the waitress) she mentioned about the toast ?waitress snapped back quickly ? I?ll just take it off the bill? .No apology, nothing., didnt care as usual ( so pleasant..like last time) I said to the cook ? Worst Service Ever!? HISREPLY??? YEAH I KNOW ? and walked away!!!!!! I swear, every single time I order something, I am missing something. I can't speak on the service when you dine in because I... mostly order out, but every single time I have ordered, something is missing. I usually order the fruit waffles which say theycome with whipped cream and maple syrup and they never ever add it. This time I figured I would add cinnamon sugar incase theydidn't add the whipped cream and syrup, and they didn't even add that either! The strawberries kind of tasted off. I guess I'm afool for even bothering to try again. I'm let down by them consistently. Read more
We live in the south end of Keswick but make the trip up to Eggsmart of Sutton often on weekends. It is our favourite restaurant... in Georgina. The staff are super nice and the food - amazing! They recently added four new items to their menu (always so hardto choose!) highly recommend eating here! Read more
I've had breakfast here 3 times in the last couple of months, and that's enough for me. 1st time wasn't too bad. Food was... alright. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to write home about either. 2nd time my bacon was burnt black, the toast wascold and the homefires were so over seasoned they were inedible. The place was almost empty but you couldn't find the waitressto send it back. Went back a 3rd time against my better judgement. Ordered an omelette with white toast this time. Omelettelooked way over cooked, but the waitress just dropped the plate and ran away. The whole omelette was dark brown and the edgeswere crispy black. I opened it up and the inside was totally burnt black. The cook folded the really bad side to the inside inhope that it wouldn't be noticed I guess. The brown toast that a received was also stone cold, like almost refrigerated.Homefries again were terribly over seasoned but this time they were also burnt on one side. Again the waitress was absent until20 minutes later. Offered to have the kitchen make another one, but I declined as I won't be putting anything from this place inmy mouth again. Still charged full price for a meal I couldn't eat. I won't be back to this location, or any other Eggsmartlocation. Read more
I was pleased to see that Eggsmart is capable of providing substantial plant-based options. My decision was simply as there were... only two items I could find that could be made vegan. The salad and the avocado toast were admittedly, delicious. I encourageEggsmart to explore adding more plant-based options. It is 2021. Read more
Very unpleasant experience. Impatient, horrible customer service, short with others. Everyone was given ?freshly squeezed orange... juice? when it was CLEAR we paid for freshly squeezed but they poured Minute Maid in a cup & called it a day. Server Pat needstraining on how to speak to others. Wouldn?t recommend. Will go elsewhere going forward. Read more
