Friendly and clean. The student working did forget to put gloves on, until I had asked him. I believe it was an honest mistake.
Rarely stop here but decided to make the effort yesterday. A real "tool" of a guy, bigger and unkept millenial took my order... then rudely informed me he wouldn't honor any Subway coupons that I may try to use. I was shocked both at his attitude and lackof customer appreciation. He must be the manager or owner and he stinks at either job. Read more
Great service and good quality. I often order for local high school sports teams and the owner is great to work with.
I like this location more than the one on main street in Sussex. Staff is courteous, restaurant is clean, service is fast.
Don't accept coupons, two teenage boys who work there do not greet, say hello, smile, or even say thank you. Feels like you're... bothering them. Food is always excellent though. Read more
I waited in line for 15 minutes just for them to say they don?t have any lettuce because the guy right before me got the last of... it? Doesn?t make sense to me that Subway could ever run out of lettuce knowing that it?s their main ingredient on every singlesub they make. If you were going to go, I guess go at the beginning of the day because I don?t prep enough food for the wholeday. Read more
Although we live much closer to another subway we choose to come here-why, you ask(?) THIS Subway has THE BEST staff, actually... the best of ANY Subway we've ever visited. All of their staff are good, consciousness people. One young man stands out however.He's aways friendly and actually makes ordering a salad, or sub, fun.
