The customer service was OK. We went in to order for take-out. There were no smiles or kind greetings and very curt & to the... point. Wasn't overall busy. Maybe they were short staffed like everyone else. But it costs nothing to smile and a friendlygreeting. Read more

We were staying next door and ordered take out. The staff went above and beyond on the phone to go through all the gluten-free... options and the food was excellent! They were friendly when we picked up the order, would highly recommend! Read more
I would like to say worst service I have ever received. waitress never came back after I got my drink, not even to bring my... bill. Food was okay, it would have been fantastic with some hot sauce. I would like to note, the other waitresses did treatthere customers better then myself. Read more
The food, as always, was fantastic! The service was deplorable. We called in a reservation for New Year's Eve, expecting it to... be really busy. There were two other tables occupied and yet they didn't have our table ready. We weren't early either. Thewaitress took our orders and seemed like she didn't want to - we asked about gravy and it took about three minutes to find outthey have rotisserie sauce but it's not good and it's not a gravy and the fries were overpriced. She seemed to get confusedeasily while we were talking to her (4 adults and two children under 4). She did get the orders placed correctly though. Shebrought our food and walked away. We had to ask the other waitress for refills and ketchup and stuff like that. She did howeverspend a lot of time socializing with one of the other tables, laughing and talking for quite a while. She asked us once how ourmeal was and we had to ask the other waitress for our bill. If it was packed we would understand. But there were only threetables used (including ours) in the whole restaurant with two waitresses. This is really unacceptable. Read more
