We went to drive thru to get dinner, ordered 2 baconator and 1 single Dave, after been asked a few times what my order was We... got home and found 2 single Dave's and 1 baconator...phoned them and " you had one with no bacon? Or you wanted just one bacon?....they took our name and number and said" next time you come we will give you a baconator!!"" Really? They ruined our dinnersince my son had to go back to get his baconator. Very disappointed with this location, always missing something in your bag. Read more
Quick service, fresh food. I didn?t get lettuce on my chicken burger so they get 4/5 stars.
Very disappointed with this location. I go here often as it is the only wendys in suitable driving distance from my home and... wendys has always been my favorite and go-to fast food place. Quality in the food has gone downhill. I've given up ordering thenachos, they never listen when I ask for the toppings on the side, or if they do listen I get charged extra, and the cheese isalways lumpy now which is revolting. Last night I ordered burger fries and nachos, they gave me everything but the fries in thebag and made me wait over 3 more minutes for fries that weren't even fully done they were still white, so got home and had acold burger, tossed the fries, tossed the nachos (can't really eat nachos with no cheese). Last night was the last straw, notcoming here again. Read more
i ordered a spicy chicken burger and there was no lettuce or sauce on it, what a joke! they?re getting more and more skimpier... each time I go here. never has any sauce. Read more
They always make you pull out and park in a stall after taking your payment in the drive thru. I never get my food at the... window after paying. Never. Problem with that is they come out, hand you your food and walk away. If there is anything missingfrom your bag, you have to go into the restaurant, which defeats the purpose of the drive thru, or you end up discovering itonce you're already home and you're just SOL! Either way, not ok. Wendy, you have some of the most expensive fast food going. SURELY, you can do better. Read more
Please renovate your joints.. everyone has upgraded except Wendy's and Burger King!! Looks sad inside! Staff are very slow!! the... drive thru microphone and speaker is from the 1980's !??! Disappointed. I have visited this Wendy's a number of times. Typically the service and food quality is on par with other... Wendy's. I ordered my usual, chili and fries. I had to take the chili back as it was mostly gravy. Turns out my fries were warmrather than hot. I couldn't be bothered to go back to the front counter again. Read more
My GO TO to Wendy?s location. Always seem to have fresh hot fries. Efficient and friendly drive-thru service!
