I ordered a burger and yam fries. While waiting for it, I realized it was only 40 cents more to get it as a combo. So I went... back and requested to change my order. This should have been a straightforward refund for my first order then charged for thecombo. No such luck. First the server couldn't refund so she got her manager who rang it through multiple times before tellingme I owed several more dollars. When I questioned how the change was so expensive when I wanted to change to a combo which was40 cents more than what I paid, she spent several more minutes ringing it through again repeatedly. I also asked if I could havethe garlic mayo they use instead of the chipotle and was told chipotle was my only option for the yam fries. My food had beensitting on the cold counter for several minutes when I agreed to pay the almost $2 she said I owed. I agreed and asked forcopies of all receipts, because I wanted out of there and to eat my food before it was cold. Too late. I sat in my car in theparking lot and ate my lukewarm food. Staff almost always get my order wrong and then when you explain to them what needs to be corrected they start to argue with... you. I only go to this triple Os if its my last go to, my advice, park your car go into the gas station and order yourself faceto face to make sure the order is correct, watch them as they dont always pay attention on putting your order togethercorrectly.
