Very bad experience. Today is the second time they gave me wrong order in drive thru. If there is negative star option i would... have given them. This is inside Surrey Memorial Hospital, Requested to please add honey and stir in my coffee as extra L, staff refused, saying... there are orders not to. She can see that the customer requesting is a hospital admitted patient with the wrist tag and bluedress, repeating that it is not easy hence please to help, but declined, repeating ORDERS NOT TO STIR HONEY! and there is onlyone extra customer in the line up at 8 am in the morning.
