I order off the app often for breakfast. My order is consistently incorrect (missing items, incorrectly made beverage etc) at... this location. I have resorted to tasting my beverage and checking my bagel before I leave so as not to be left disappointed. Ihave phoned to rectify the issue with no improvement. The staff are nice enough but probably 5 out of 10 times my order is notright. Read more

Service from crystal the manager was very very unprofessional, instead of explaining the deal I ordered online, she started... arguing I didn?t order it correctly, when there is no instructions given on the app. She doesn?t know how to deal with customerspolitely. This place has unbelievable long waiting time. On Tuesday night at 7:30, there is no lineup at all. With 3 staffs in the store,... and I need to wait over 20 minutes to get a iced cap and a chicken wrap. I asked three times how long I need to wait. A ladyalways told me the order is waiting for the food. But as I can see, nobody was actually working on my order for 20 minutes,until another lady felt it?s too long. And then it took her only 3 minutes to finish the order. This is ridiculous, and themanager should hire somebody would be able to do the job. Read more

Nice place. Good service. Fairly clean. All the things are generally available. Some how one of the handicapped button to open... the door is not working. The staff have very heavy workload. Even though it appears staff are loitering around, but really theyhave tons of online orders. My suggestion is during peak time hire more people they are stretched too thin. I am sure they areexhausted by the time the peak time is over. Very difficult join. Read more

The staff is nice but, this location really needs to work on timing, especially in the morning. You cannot have 1 cashier and 1... person making in store and online food orders during peak hours. I always heard complaints about this until, I experienced thismyself more than once in a week. Timing is everything!! Read more

The time, that's what matters the most to the customers in the morning. However, this location doesn't think so. Employees think... they can just relax and have a chat with their family member (I guess) while 5+ customers are in the line. Whenever I order inthe morning, I have to calm myself from the urge to leave the store. What about the accuracy? Nope, not perfect at all. One inthree chance they take my order wrong. And apparently, they did nothing wrong! It's just my memory. Also, it doesn't happenjust for a day or two. Every morning is slow and inaccurate. Thanks, whoever works in the morning shifts! One cashier working helping customer for more than 10 minutes with some Tim card complaint. 6 people in line, nobody taking... orders. I left to go to A&W next door where they were happy to see me and I got food in 2 minutes. Read more

This location has gone down quite a bit in terms of quality control and service. To start off the the service is generally very... slow but my main issue has been with the food recently. I go here fairly often to get the Roast Beef Craveable, which is usuallyvery good. Recently, I've noticed that the bread is always overtoasted or overdone to the point of the inside beingburned/charred. It definitely affects the taste of the sandwich (though not to the point it is inedible) and it has happened thelast 3 times I've gone here. I also get a fairly large order usually 4 sandwiches and generally 3/4 will have bread at varyingdegrees of burnt. Read more
