Literally trash customer service. The employes are slow and they don't listen to you when you order. They don't tknow answers to... whether something comes as a combo or not. I asked for a bagel sandwich and a soup which isn't a combo so they decide not tocharge or make the bagel sandwich. Read more
My go to local Tim. It?s clean and generally is up to date with all varieties of coffee and food items.
Always serve customers rudely and gave me burnt Bagel instead of toasted.I ordered dark roast and gave me steep tea.
Staff are very nice, a sleeve was given for hot drinks. One of the best Tim hortons I've been to. Great job staff!

I visited there today and I had the worst experience. I ordered and I even mentioned that it is for to go and when she gave me... drinks I asked her for a bag so that I can carry it to home but other lady who was taking orders said "we suppose to give thesebags for deliveries", okay I understand but when I have already mentioned that it is for to go so not every person have car tohome some like me go by bus and how you are suppose to that they can carry tray in their hands until they reach home. Girl whogave me drinks was nice but other who was taking orders I want to say to her that can you suppose yourself that you ordered twoor more drinks with sandwich and you will take bus to go home how will you feel and how will you manager taking your food withother stuff?
