This place is a joke. WARNING do NOT order any new items from this location. If it is not on the basic Tim Hortons menu there is... a 90% chance they won't have it and they will substitute it with something cheaper and you just have to live with it. The staffis incredibly slow and rude. I don't know what needs to change but something needs to change to keep up with the demand ofUniversity students and highschool students in the area. Read more

Taking too much time for mobile orders, even though 3-4 people are working. I am also from food court , but we really don't do... this, that if there is some issue, talk with customer, say sorry, you are just ignoring the customers without explaining anyreason. Read more
Never coming back. I ordered a small ice capp, and gave two toonies and a loonie because I was unsure of the pricing. Before... lining up, I checked multiple times that I had those coins, even while standing in the line. When it was my turn, I ordered it,and gave those coins. This Indian worker took all of the coins and took a while to gather my change behind the counter. When Igot my change back, she only gave a quarter and a dime. I was confused after I got the small Ice capp and asked for the receipt.Instead of just giving the receipt, she printed a brand new one in front of me. After getting the receipt, and checking manytimes, I found that the ice capp costed 2 dollar something for the grand total. I politely told another lady who was therebehind the register that I did not get the correct change back, and she told that worker to give me the correct amount of changeand left. The worker?s demeanour drastically changed and she aggressively insisted I gave 3 dollars. She later rudely told me tocheck the receipt and gave me dirty looks. I was surprised because it said I gave 3 dollars but I was 110 percent sure I gave 5.I even looked for the toonie after and it WAS gone. Does she take me for a fool?! I did not know what to say at the timebecause even the receipt said 3 dollars. I left after that, but not without feeling angry at her audacity. Even IF a customercame and made an honest mistake, WHICH I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT she did not have to show such intense aggression, and treat me likea thief, even though MY MONEY WAS THE ONE TAKEN! I always left that Tim Hortons feeling somewhat dissatisfied about theirservice but THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW! NEVER COMING BACK! YOU LITERALLY GET YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TAKEN FROM YOU FOR NO REASON! Decent food, good location. Just wish there was less waiting times. Sometimes the servers can be very oblivous to customer... orders. Also, doesnt have the Full Tim Hortons Menu containing Soup and other options. Read more
Students are in need of more service on campus. The line ups are insane and we are unable to reach our classes in time during... our breaks. This is a huge opportunity for for fast food outlets to bid on spaces and provide more choice for the students andrevenue for the restaurant. Its incredible that this issue hasn't been resolved or acted on yet. Read more
