One of the worst experiences from Tim Hortons. I ordered four drinks. And none of them were being made correctly. I paid for... additional vanilla and caramel shot in iced coffee and cappuccino respectively. In iced coffee they gave us hazelnut and incappuccino there was no shot at all. You will be waisting your time going to this location. This time I asked for cilantro veggie wrap and they didn?t had any. So i... asked for anything veggie. They gave me harvest wrap with egg in there. I had such little time or i could have gone back. I hadto drop my daughter back to school. The staff is inefficient. This is not the first time they made a error on the order. But iam now done giving them chances. Not going back to this location. Another thing about them is that rest of their locations knowalready how to use scan and pay but this location still doesnt know how to operate that. Read more

My wife already wrote a review for this place after the person helping her answered a phone call while in the middle of her... transaction while she was ordering and paying - I thought I would give them a second chance and go through the drive thru. OhSUCH A HUGE MISTAKE. first - not surprising, they got the order wrong - AND as i took a bite of it, i thought I had somethingcaught in my tooth. There was a 2 - 3 inch hair caught, STUCK inbetween my 2 front teeth from taking a bit of the wrap. AREYOU KIDDING ME?! I actually threw up and tossed everything out. NEVER AGAIN. Not to mention the staff at this place are sovery rude. Avoid this Tims. They are not sanitary and have extremely rude staff. Read more

Found a long plastic piece in my drink. Made a complaint to Head office, they forwarded it to the owner/manager to deal with it... directly. I missed the call on Saturday, when I called back, they said the manager isn't in. No call back from them since. Itwill take a long time for me to go back to Tim Hortons in general. Just gross food, gross customer service. Read more

Everytime I go thru drive thru the mess up order forget cheese , wrong coffee, wrong donut, this location had me wait for 15 min... because I ordered a 12 pack of k-cups and they said they didnt sell so he phoned manager and low and behold they had them butthe supervisor didn't know what I was talking about. The owner of this franchise must do better with training and for the loveof Pete get orders right I pay for it so I should get . Anyways another location is suggested. Thanks Read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Staff have no clue what they are doing or what they are serving their customers.... You will be lucky if you get your order correct. Tim Hortons should be ashamed. Read more

Worst worst worst experience?.. and very bad customer service? girl named SHARAN took our order and she don?t know how to deal... with customer in her own language she was saying like they don?t know how to order? and girl name GAGAN not even wearing herhairnet and also pointing us.. and they don?t to how to talk?.. we are not taking free from them? we are paying for that? theydon?t have right to mock a customer? i hope your branch will take strict action over staff and teach them some manners to dealwith people?. Got to love my double doubles. Tim Horton seems to be getting a lot more items as well on their menu, which has been great. But... for me it's their coffee that keeps me coming back. And maybe their farmers wrap, and their sausage egg biscuit. Read more
