Had to drive from North Vancouver to Strawberry Hill Sport Chek for a pair of shoes this morning. Thought it would be a great... idea to find someplace to get samosas, since we love them. Google showed The Samosa House which was not far from where we were. Customer service was great! Price was amazing and just had them for dinner...so good! Loved that they weren't doughy! Sodelicious! For my first purchase from the Samosa House (today) I bought a mixed selection. I bought original, spicy and butter chicken... samosas. They were all awesome. Not to thick of a dough and fried perfectly. All three selections were delicious. If I had tolook for something to complain about it would be that the "spicy" samosas could have been spicier. The food was hot, tastedfresh and the tamarind sauce was very tasty as well. They were reasonably priced, the restaurant (takeout only) was bright andclean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Came here because we had their samosas at a friend?s place. The shahi samosas are pretty amazing. Take out only. I tried to... order online but the website was quite confusing, so I ended up just ordering in person. The wait was alright. We freeze themwhen we get home and air fry them when we want to eat. I ordered a month in advance, followed up and confirmed the day before my pick up, called the morning of and said I was on my... way and my order still wasn't ready, they hadn't even processed it, I had to wait almost 30 mins. I also found the Samosas areabout 20% smaller than other places that sell samosas. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. Read more

Visited after a long time and they have perfected the samosas here now so they don't have much oil and have special features... like the paneer samosa with fresh veggies like bell peppers in them. Best place for Samosa in surrey, Canada My family likes samosa more than me so I am buying regularly. My favourite is classic &... butter chicken samosa. However my colleagues & family members also like masala samosa. Barbecue chicken samosa tried but notmuch like by folks. One of the go-to place for samosa in Surrey. Let's say the samosa served here definitely deserve 4 or 5 stars. Overall the... service is great and the samosa tasted really good, especially the classic. There are other flavors for someone wanting to trysomething different. The marsala has a good spicy kick to it and the butter chicken is pretty good too. If you like the thincrispy dough, this is the samosa for you. Ultimately, I like the traditional thicker dough samosa - hence this review is a bitbias towards that preference. Read more
